Received daily consultation & handle customer complaint through an email and phone calls, processing data related to product complaints from consumer to Product Development team for ideas of product improvement.
Requirements:
Min. S1 from Engineering (Industrial), Management, or equivalent.
Preferably having 1-2 years experiences handling customer care or customer satisfaction.
