Responsible to monitor, control, manage and coordinate all Human Resource & General Affair activities in the company including Recruitment, People Development, Industrial Relation and Remuneration.
Requirements
Minimum Bachelor Degree (S1) graduate from any major.
Minimum 5 years experiences in HR Leadership function.
Good knowledge in HR functions: employment law, compensation, organizational planning, recruitment and employee relations.
Have good communication & interpersonal skill.
Have good analytical thinking.
Able to work independently and in a team.
