Setting KPIs, monitoring, and ensuring achievement of results in line with assigned KPIs to agencies/vendors.
Monitoring all Marketing Budget Requests for approval by Marketing/Sales Director until obtaining approval from the President Director, and regularly reporting to the Marketing Director.
Regularly updating the marketing calendar according to approved activities.
Maintaining good relationships with internal and external third parties for the successful implementation of all marketing activities.
Seeking innovative breakthroughs in marketing activities to contribute to the company’s target achievement.
Generating reports on all marketing activities, analyzing both ATL & BTL activities, and conducting market research analysis.
Requirements :
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, Business Management, or related field.
Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience in FMCG industry or marketing field, preferably in a managerial or equivalent position.
