Ensure that the business can continue to operate during a crisis or disruption.
Identify and assess potential risks to business operations and provide alternative solutions to the board of directors.
Develop and implement strategies to minimize the impact of disruption to the business.
Establish procedures and protocols for responding to disruptions and provide socialization to KITB employees on business continuity procedures and protocols.
Conduct business continuity plan testing to ensure it is effective.
Coordinate and work with division heads to develop recovery plans for critical business functions.
Maintain relationships with key stakeholders and suppliers to ensure continuity of key services in KITB’s business operations
Monitor and report to superiors and directors on the effectiveness of business continuity and disaster recovery plans.
