Engage in supporting the recruitment of new candidate, including: Administering the candidate’s file, and preparing the process of interview, Facilitating the candidate’s medical check up and candidate’s psychotest, etc.
Responsible for carrying out employee social rights, such as: Employees social security system (BPJS TK) and social security administrator for health (BPJS Kesehatan), Ensure the employee who need further medical service can be registered and served in referral hospital
Ensuring the management of supporting facilities for operational units runs optimally, such as cooperative unit, clinic, schools, daycare, etc.
Engage in updating the company rule (PP/PKB) and maintaining good relation with worker union, such as bipartite and tripartite activity
Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree from Reputable University (Management of Human Resources is preferred)
Minimal 2 years’ experience in similar jobs
Experience in Human Resources implementation, specifically in Plantation Group
