Secretary (Temporary for Maternity Leavel)
Job Responsibilities :
To carrying-out secretarial duties such as correspondences, following up pending items/requests
To maintain the general filing systems and file all correspondences
To organize and maintain calendars, schedules appointments(ontine/offlinel, screen incoming calls and mail)
Assist in the planning and preparation of meetings, conferences and conference telephone calls
To preparing travel docs, flight schedules as well as accommodation
To providing necessary assistance to other Executive members or visiting officers if any
