Provides guidance and input on business unit restructures, workforce planning and succession planning.
Participates in evaluation and monitoring of training programs to ensure success. Follows up to ensure training objectives are met
Requirement
Bachelor degree in Psychology/ Economics (Human Resource Management/ Law), or related major.
Minimum 3 Years working experience.
Has experienced on Recruitment area / Compensation & Benefit / HR Business Partner.
Must be Able to speak Mandarin, good communication and English skill.
Excellent interpersonal and Communication skill.
