Booking and arranging travel, transport, and accommodation, organizing events and conferences.
Reminding the executive of important tasks and deadlines, managing databases, and filing systems.
Implementing and maintaining procedures/administrative systems.
Liaising with staff, suppliers, and clients.
Collating and filing expenses.
