Direct and monitor the team to be able to work according to policies / work guidelines / SOP and apply ISO, GMP, 5S and safety concepts / principles.
Make annual estimate the Capex, Opex and Man Power budget.
Ensure that preventive and corrective maintenance is carried out on work machines and equipment.
Requirements:
Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Food Engineering, Industrial Engineering or related field.
At least 3 years of experience as Supervisor from FMCG Industries.
Willing to be placed in Majalengka
