PT Akasha Wira International Tbk (ADES) adalah perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang pembuatan produk air minum botolan dan pembuatan dan distribusi produk kosmetik.
Produksi komersial air minum dimulai pada tahun 1986, perdagangan produk kosmetik dimulai pada tahun 2010 dan pembuatan produk kosmetik dimulai pada tahun 2012. PT Akasha Wira International Tbk didirikan dengan nama PT Alfindo Putrasetia pada tahun 1985. Nama Perusahaan telah diubah beberapa kali, terakhir pada tahun 2010, ketika nama Perusahaan diubah menjadi PT Akasha Wira International Tbk.
Sesuai dengan Pasal 3 Anggaran Dasar Perusahaan, ruang lingkup kegiatan Perusahaan adalah industri air minum dalam kemasan, industri roti dan kue, kembang gula, makaroni, kosmetik, dan perdagangan besar.

Detail Function :
- Graduate Trainee – Marketing & Business Development
To handle brand or product (new or existing), which covers: Channel Development, Brand Content Creation, Partnership, Budget Management or KOL Management.
- Graduate Trainee – Production & Engineering
Identify manufacturing needs for new products in development
Design new systems and processes and provide facilities & methods to ensure the cost-effective integration of new products or the improvement of existing ones into manufacturing operations
Ensure all product and system requirements are taken into account from the initial product conception to the finished result
Ensure product and process quality meets the specifications required
- Graduate Trainee – Product Development – Beauty Care
Participate in a comprehensive training program focused on product development principles and practices.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and contribute to the ideation phase of new product initiatives.
Assist in conducting market research to identify trends, consumer needs, and competitive landscapes.
Learn and apply product development methodologies, including prototyping, testing, and iteration.
Work closely with senior product developers to create detailed project plans and timelines.
Contribute to the design and development of new products, ensuring they meet quality standards and customer expectations.
Gain hands-on experience with various tools and technologies used in product development processes.
- Graduate Trainee – Product Development – F&B
Participate in a comprehensive training program focused on product development principles and practices.

- Graduate Trainee – Environmental Sustainability
Providing technical knowledge, guidance, data, support and advice in the area of environmental sustainability, energy efficiency, waste, recycling, climate change policies and initiatives, and public health.
Preparing and providing annual reports and studies on the benefits and outcomes of sustainability programs.
Developing marketing strategies to promote sustainability
Coordinating with other professionals and/or government officials on policies and projects
