Arrange delivery with distribution team and follow up delivery status along with return POD to distribution team
Scan and filling all documents (including invoice and other supporting documents to shared file)
Administrative work (filing docs and simple reporting)
Requirements:
Minimum Bachelor degree in any major
At least having 1 year experience in the field or in a related area of Administration and/or Customer Service / Order management.
Fresh Graduate are acceptable but with apprenticeship / Internship experiences to administrative or customer related work
Able to use Microsoft Office.
