Preparing agendas, pre-meeting briefings and meeting papers.
Reminding the important task or meeting.
Make sure their busy schedules run smoothly.
Coordinating with internal/external parties of the company regarding the schedule of meetings and/or events that related to Director.
(Example: coordinate with Protocol Manager regarding to Directors' meetings, Limited meetings, Commisioners' and Directors' meetings, Seminars, Ministries, and Institution Meetings, etc.)
Process Director's correspondence, ensuring that incoming correspondence is dealt with by the Director/or on behalf of the Director, or other staff as appropriate.
Managing all trust incoming/outgoing mail.
Manage bookings and arranging travel, tranportation, and accomodation for Director.
Dealing with the related division about anything related Director announcement/information.
Performs clerical and administrative task including drafting letters, memos, invoice, reports, other documents of director, and maintaining records.
