Job Responsibility :
Assisting the employee ongoing development through the identification of Training Need Analysis, managing training plan implementation, and ensure training delivery to the employee
Engage with several stakeholders to determine deliverables for the development and learning program
Manage, Monitor and Ensuring training attendees and delivery of some LnD Program such as Individual Development Plan for leader and LMS Utilization
