Prepare and implement required data / information to support the recruitment process
Review the MPP list and required documents before execution
Posting job advertisement in the available platform, including but not limited to: online job advertisement (i.e. Jobstreet), linked in, Company website, recruitment agency, job fair, campus recruitment, etc.
Candidate sourcing and selection based on the open positions
Evaluate the candidates based on the requirements for the positions defined by company and related department
Propose the selected candidates for further review by providing the candidate’s profile summary and other required information before submission to the Hiring department
On boarding process
Ensure that candidates submit required onboarding documents as defined in the SOP
