Min. 1 year experience in Compensation & Benefit and HCIS
Have good communication skills, relationship building, negotiation skills, patience, and analytical skills.
Have good knowledge of HCIS, Labor Law, and Industrial Relations Regulations is preferrable
Have good knowledge of Excel and Macro
- Administrative Assistant
As an Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for carrying out the internal administration of the division, including but not limited to filing and duplicating documents, distribute documents, review and editing outgoing letters, and room bookings to support the activities of the division.
