Diploma/ Bachelor (D3/S1) with any major from reputable university
Minimum 30 years-old
Understand and able to implement the Toyota Production System (TPS)
At least 3 years working experience in the related field (Assembly)
Able to speak English or Japanese is preferable
Able to make manpower plan and production management
Able to manage the work of subordinates & the existence of manpower
Supervise the work of subordinates in accordance with standard operating procedures
Report abnormal occurrences to management (Bad News First)
