Bachelor/diploma degree in Engineering or other related field.
Min. 2 year(s) experience in automotive industry or Wiring Harness Industry is a plus as a leader or supervisor in production.
Possess leadership ability, good analytical thinking, and communication skills.
Fluent in English.
Thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Exemplary presentation and communication ability (both verbal and written) across all levels of an organization.
High attention to detail, with a process and solution-oriented mindset.
Willing to be placed in Cirebon.
