- Project Admin (code: PA – MMS)
The Role of Project Admin:
D3/S1 – Teknik
Have experience as a Project Admin
Understand project management and its workflow
Understand project documentation
Mastering Ms. Office, Ms. Word and Ms. Excel
Multitasking and can work efficiently
Can join as soon as possible
Reports directly to Lead Engineer
Requirement:
Male/Female
D3 or S1 education majoring in engineering
Minimum 2 years of experience in administration in Project Management.
Have Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Have good communication and coordination skills
Willing to be placed at the Morowali site and if needed Willing to be placed on the other project site

- Civil Structure Engineer (code: CSE – MMS)

The Role of Junior Piping Engineer:
Prepare reports, designs, and drawings.
Make calculations about pressures, loads, and stresses.
Consider the strength of construction materials and select appropriately.
Provide technical advice on safe designs and construction.
Obtain planning and/or building regulations approval.
Analyze configurations of the basic components of a structure.
Liaise with professional staff such as architects and engineers.
Monitor and inspect all work undertaken by contractors to ensure structural soundness.
Administer contracts and manage projects.
Inspect properties to evaluate the conditions and foundations.
Use computer-aided design technology for simulation purposes
Requirement:

Work Experience: minimum 3 years work duration in Mining or Oil & Gas.
Technical Skill:
– Formal Education: Bachelor’s degree of Engineer (Civil, Structure)
– Proficient computer skill: Ms Office, Autocad CAD, Advance in one of following structure analysis software:
Structure: (SAP 2000, ETABS, Tekla, STAAD Pro)
Foundation: (SAFE, TEDDS, GEO5, AFES)
– Familiar with national (SNI) and international (AISC, ACI, API, NFPA, ASCE) standards of structure analysis
– Have an understandingin drawing and design development from preliminary Design criteria.
– Have an understandingin developing greenfield and brownfield design.

- Mechanical & Piping Drafter (code: M&PD – MMS)
The Role of Mechanical and Piping Drafter:
Develop Design and Drafting works and activities especially for Mechanical and Piping System, ensuring the compliance with Specification, QA/QC and HSE requirement.
Designs or assists with design and application of generating facilities in the mechanical and piping systems, knowledge of civil/structural drawing is a plus
Have experience in mechanical and piping design, detailing with 3D -modeling/ detailing/ checking
Create mechanical and sketches, layouts, and detail drawings.
Create design drawings with computer-aided design (CAD) software or others software, both in 2D and 3D formats, at the direction of engineers and more senior designers
Produces P&iDs, Isometric, General Arrangement drawing, plot plans, and other drawings in support of engineering activities.
Ability to produce drawings such as piping layouts, plot plans, general arrangements and isometrics.
Have capability for problem solving.
Familiar with International Standard, ASME, ANSI, ASTM, AWS, API, and etc.
A team player willing to collaborate with team members
Assist construction activity providing information and clarification through vendor(s).

Have a minimum of 5-year extensive experience as drafter or designer with Mining or Oil & Gas Experience.
Have a good level of theoretical knowledge in Engineering designs
Detailed knowledge of international codes standards related to the duties is a requirement such as ASME, API, ANSI, ASTM, NFPA, etc
Good communication skill, approachable, and able to work with others
Demonstrated ability and sensitivity to work with people from variety of cultural backgrounds
Computer literacy involving the regular use of professional office applications and some technical applications.

The Role of Junior Piping Engineer:

Develop Engineering works and activities especially for Piping System, ensuring the compliance with Specification, QA/QC and HSE
Requirement:
Perform, check and monitor Stress Analysis calculations using CAESAR for the load cases, surge analysis, material selection.
Ensure that all piping loads are within recommended limit.
Coordinate and support with MTO list, piping and stress reports.
Involve in the preparation of process engineering deliverables such as PFD, P&ID, Valve and Line List for equipment and instrument.
Ability to produce technical specifications, datasheets, material requisitions and piping layouts.
Ability to produce drawings such as piping layouts, plot plans, general arrangements and isometrics.
Knowledge of 2D and 3D CAD applications
Working knowledge on international codes, standards and engineering practices
Project engineering skills and working within budget and schedule
Assist construction activity providing information and clarification through vendor(s).

- Junior Mechanical Engineer (code: JMR – MMS)
The Role of Mechanical Engineer:
Develop Engineering works and activities especially for Rotating and Static equipment, ensuring the compliance with Specification, QA/OC and HSE requirement.
Support Lead to reviews Contractual technical documentation and requirements.
Developing, reviewing, updating, modifying and proving mechanical design plans and work schedules.
Prepare Mechanical Strength Calculation with Engineering Software (Pump Calculation, Compress, PV Elite &
AMETank) or spread sheet, preferably for pump calculation.
Able to use Autocad Software well and Smoothly.
Prepare of mechanical drawing i.e. equipment layout, P&ID & PFD for upgrade and new construction project.
Have a strong determination to study engineering design and field engineering.
Fluentin speaking and writing in English.
Willing to be placed anywhere in the Merdeka Copper Gold Project.

Formal Education: Bachelor Degree of Mechanical Engineer
Machinery Engineer – Rotating or Static Equipment with Mining or Oil & Gas experience.
Should have a minimum of 2 years extensive experience in engineering phase working on pump and compressors. Graduates from reputable universities.
The application of a good level of theoretical knowledge in designs & selection studies, covering the major machinery types e.g.
Compressors and Pump.
Knowing and curious about international codes and API standards retated to the duties is a requirement such as API 610, API 650, API 670, ASME, DIN & etc.
Demonstrated ability and sensitivity to work with people from variety of cultural backgrounds.

- Electrical & Instrumentation Engineer (code: E&IE – MMS)
Requirement:
Male/Female, maximum 40 years’ old
Formal Education: Bachelor Degree of Engineer (Preferred majoring in electrical or physic).
Work Experience: minimum 7 years work duration & 5 years as engineer
Work Requirement: hard worker, under pressure, familiar mining with, overtime and remote area
Technical Skill:
– Developing the electrical design until detail design stage for brown field mining area including deliverable list, design basis, calculation, specification, data sheet, equipment list, material take off and drawings
– Developing the electrical design until detail design stage for expanding and upgrading for the operating mining area to meet with requirement by site data collected including deliverable list, design basis, calculation, specification, data sheet, equipment list, matenal take off and drawings
– Assisting the field technical trouble shooting including developing new schematic, upgrading the existing schematic, and termination diagram as required.
– Developing the basic instrumentation design to meet with requirement including data sheet, instrumentation list, material take off and P&IDs
