Attending meetings and taking Minutes of Meetings (when needed)
Preparation, evaluation and negotiation of Variation Proposals/Orders
Prepare special reporting for Project management team for potential or ongoing contractual issues
Surveying local regulations and practices related to Project (when needed)
Communication with local law firms in case of legal actions involved
Any other contractual and legal works (irregular) required by Project Management team
Requirements:
Degree in law and/or legal practice license in Indonesia
Experiences of claims strategy in Power Plant projects, or similar projects or industries
