Heavily involved in the HRIS implementation process from preparation to user care
Provide analysis for the selection of the vendor, where necessary
Act as the key person for employee support on the HRIS
Responsible for administrations involving HRIS vendor in the B2B relations, where necessary
Provide analysis on pay competitiveness both for operational (e.g. salary offer) to rewards design activities
Support budgeting process, in collaboration with Finance
Ensure the compliance of rewards implementation to the applicable Labor Law and policies
Consistently monitor and review the performance of the rewards program and its vendor
Support the cost control for both employee cost and operational expenses
Responsible for administrations involving vendor (e.g., insurance) in the B2B relations
