  1. Brand Manager

 

Job Responsibility :

 

Develop and implement marketing strategy to achieve business objective

Develop and maintain brand image through research and promotion activity

Monitor branding activity and competitor performance

Responsible for NPL and risk management

Develop suitable pricing strategy

Monitor and control brand’s financial performance, COGS, etc.

Collaborates with external party such as advertising agency, media, to implement marketing strategy

Monitor, control and evaluate team performance

Requirement :

 

Education minimum Bachelor Degree

Minimum 3 years experience in similar position, having experience in handle market leader brand will be preferred

OTC or FMCG background are welcome, having OTC background will be preferred

Work closely with sales team

Excellence skills in communication, presentation, strategic and analytical thinking

Willing to relocate (to Head Office, Sunter)

  1. Internal Audit

 

Job Responsibility :

 

Conduct a risk management cycle that includes risk identification, risk assessment, and ensuring that mitigation action plans are completely implemented.

Responsible for internal audit cycle in the following areas: commercial, manufacturing, purchasing, human resources, and other business support functions

Develop internal audit plan including working paper for the audit

Carry out all audit fieldwork that is required

Ensure that audit results are reported to management in a complete, accurate, and timely manner

Monitor the implementation of audit recommendations

Maintain risk register and fraud register

Conduct ad hoc reviews/investigations as needed by the business

Requirement :

 

Bachelor’s degree in accounting or financial management

Have experience in related field at the FMCG or pharmaceutical industries Min 2 years

A good problem solver with good understanding on business process

Have good communication, collaboration skills, high integrity and self-discipline

Meticulous and attention to detail with the ability to multi-task

Willing to travel

  1. Talent Management & Culture

 

Job Responsibility :

 

Assisting the employee ongoing development through the identification of Training Need Analysis, managing training plan implementation, and ensure training delivery to the employee

Engage with several stakeholders to determine deliverables for the development and learning program

Manage, Monitor and Ensuring training attendees and delivery of some LnD Program such as Individual Development Plan for leader and LMS Utilization

Administration Excellence including Learning & Development progress report and documentation, manage administration inquiries including invoicing, settlement and tax-related document

Assisting development program, events, and other method to engage employee and implement KCH Culture Pillars

Working closely with internal communication team in creating content that is delivered within the company and social media

Requirement :

 

Minimum Bachelor’s degree in any disciplines

Have experience in related field at the FMCG or pharmaceutical industries Min 1 year

Understand the Training Need Analysis and Competency Mapping

Have ability as trainer or willing to learn to be a trainer

Good administrator in managing document

Experienced in the same field at least from internship experience : LnD / managing event

Able to work independently as well as in a team

Willing to learn and venture into new projects beyond the scope

  1. Planner and Inventory Staff

 

Job Responsibility :

 

Collecting data, making statistics and analyzing machines breakdown (including periodic maintenance of machines).

Filling documents related to the Engineering department

Handle general administrative processes and requests for work equipment

Handle the EAM Engineering oracle system process

Manage and ensure spare parts store stock

Submitting material requests and the arrival of material parts for technical needs

Handle administration on the HRIS Pro In system related to the needs of technical employees

Manage technical drawings

Maintain occupational health and safety, environment and 5R in the work environment

Implementing a culture of Continuous Improvement in the work area

Coordinate corrective actions and improvements machines.

Requirement :

 

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering

Open for Fresh Graduate

Proficient in Microsoft Office

Able to operate Oracle system and drawing applications (AutoCAD,SolidWorks, etc.)

  1. QC Inspector RM/PM

 

Job Responsibility :

 

Take samples of raw materials and packaging materials

Ensure completeness of samples as needed to support the analysis process

Ensure that the sampling tools and scales used during the sampling process are ready for use

Ensuring that packaging material analysis activities meet the criteria for the analvtical method

Requirement :

 

Minimum high school graduate majoring in Science, Pharmacy or equivalent

Have at least 1 vear work experience in the same field

Understand CPOB and CGMP

Able to use weighing equipment and precision measuring instruments

Fast learner and good communication skills

Willing to work shifting

  1. Analis Mikrobiologi

 

Job Responsibility :

 

Ensuring the implementation of good sampling and analysis according to the target

Monitor reagents and media for analysis needs

Ensuring the room and tools are ready to be used in the analysis process

Ensuring the availability of media, tools and equipment for the analysis process

Checking the condition of the testing room in accordance with the specified quality requirements

Contribute to the implementation of best practice in the department

Implementing the Implementation of Health, Safety & Environment in the Work Area

Requirement :

 

Minimum high school graduate in Sekolah Menengah Analis Kimia (SMAK), Sekolah Menengah Analis Kesehatan (SMAKES) or D3 Pharmacy/Food Analysis

Fresh Graduate or have 1 year work experience in the same field

Understand Basic CPOB / cGMP, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, OHSE 18001

Fulfil the qualifications of microbiology analyst (according to CPOB requirements)
