Education and Experience:
Bachelors degree in Electrical, or related field and 7 years experience
Ten or more (10+) years of experience in area directly relevant to mining
Prior major project management and/or start-up experience

Skilled in supervising, evaluating, training and motivating employees
Advanced knowledge of the principles and practices of Engineering
Able to research and analyze information of considerable difficulty and draw valid

Proficient in planning, scheduling, execution and follow-up of maintenance practices at large Smelter or Mining facilities.

Bachelor’s degree in a Metallurgical Engineering or Chemical Engineering discipline or related field and more than five (5) years of experience in mineral/metal processing environment. Those with specific experience in pyrometallurgical and hydrometallurgical operations is highly regarded.
Masters degree in related engineering discipline is preferred.
Metallurgists/Process Engineer
Bachelor’s degree in a Metallurgical Engineering or Chemical Engineering discipline or related field and 2-3 years of experience in mineral/metal processing environment. Those with specific experience in pyrometallurgical and hydrometallurgical operations is highly regarded.
Pengawas Operasional Pertama (POP) certified.
