Develop periodical facility inspection/assessment plans for business premises and assets (e.g. furniture, utilities, transport services, equipment, etc.)
Representing company in term of legal dispute with employee to the third party (e.g. government, industrial courts, etc.)
Build relationships with government agencies on building safety.
Manage the processes related to certifications and permits with the government.
Requirements :
Bachelor’s degree in any major, preferably in Legal or Law.
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a managerial capacity and similar role.
Communication skill and problem-solving mindset.
Positive attitude, integrity and results oriented.
