Responsibility:
Carry out the recruitment process in accordance with requests from users
Checking the completeness of the employee’s personnel file (P-File)
Input new employee data as complete and accurate as possible into the system
Coordinate with related departments to conduct new employee onboarding process
Prepare work agreements for non-permanent employees
Qualification:
Education minimum S1 from Psychology / Law / HR Management / similar majors with a minimum GPA of 3.00 (4.00 scale)
