Job Description
Plan, directed, and controlled legal and operational & litigation activities by fulfilling all legal requirements for the existence and all operations of the company;
Reviewing periodic reports on legal portfolios, drafting legal letters relating to third parties, creating power of attorney for internal & external purposes; &
Planned, direct, and monitor activities to prepare agreements and other legal documents for use by users.
