Responsibilities :
Work with the head of business department to determine the training needs and team development direction.
Design and develop comprehensive training programs suitable for different staff levels and functions, including seminars, etc.
Implement effective training methods, including e-learning platforms, seminars and on-the-job training.
Manage the entire training cycle, from needs assessment to plan assessment to improvement.
