Job Responsibilities
Responsible for Organizational Development (OD) and employee (People Development – PD) activities to support overall company activities so that they run smoothly in accordance with applicable systems and procedures, so as to help improve company performance.
Job Requirements
Min Diploma IV or Bachelor Degree (S1), preferably from Psychology
Min 2 years of working experience in HR Development, or relevant position
Extensive knowledge of organizational & skills development, also capacity building strategies
