Job Description
Create, install, configure, and maintain the IT infrastructure (software & hardware) for the company, including servers, networks, storage, and security. Ensure uptime and availability, monitor system performance and resolve problems.
Create a disaster recovery plan and a business continuity plan.
Develop, maintain, and enhance software applications and IT assets.
Analyze end-users’ needs and requirements, and provide solutions to meet company target.
Participate in testing, debugging, and troubleshooting of software applications.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation of software applications.
