What You Will Do
Handle all the driver community, marketing, and driver care responsibilities on satellite level
Handle channel walk in center on each district
Ensure problem solving according to agreed process & based on standard operational procedure
Manage driver’s problems
Give empowerment to solve problems
Manage service time, driver and customer satisfaction
Conceptualizes events, exhibits and other below the line marketing based on the marketing plan
Coordinate with District Operations Supervisor for day-to-day escalated issues around driver service and customer service
