Maintaining administration of legal department including to maintain documentations and other documents.
Managing general licenses of the group.
Liaising with governmental bodies as relevant for the management of group’s corporate licenses.
Requirements:
Law degree from a reputable university.
Outstanding academic credentials.
1 years of experience with a law firm and/or in-house counsel.
Significant exposure to sophisticated commercial, corporate or transactional matters
