Handling employee’s development training
Advertise positions and source candidates via various platforms including digital
Organize database and provide report
Support administrative activities & project for all HR process such as Recruitment, Training, etc.
Requirements:
Candidate must have a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology
Proven experience as a Recruiter (either an in-house recruiter or in a Recruitment Firm) with at least 2 years of working experience
Hands on experience with various selection processes
Prior experience working in fast paced and high volume environment will be a huge advantage.
