Human Capital Staff
The Human Capital (HC) is primarily responsible for the operational aspect of the Hospital human resources department in accordance with the established Group HC standard, policies, procedures as well as applicable regulation and accreditation requirements.
HC Staff will manage a range of HC services, including recruitment process, staff contracting & on-boarding services, employee relations, payroll, HRIS, and other administrative duties to create an all-rounded employee experience.
Job Requirements
Candidates must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology (preferably) / Human Resources Management or other related degree with HR experiences.
Has minimum 2 years’ experience in administrative, recruitment, and training.
An ideal candidate is resilient, resourceful, and initiative.
