Sensitive to data, able to output effective strategies based on data analysis and seller behavior insights

Roles & Responsibilities:
Have ability to plan, execute and evaluate e-commerce campaign TikTokShop to achieve maximum sales, keep the community engaged and deliver fresh ideas and campaign for the LS;
Create IP based Campaign on TikTok Shop and be able to scale them to maximize the GMV;
Support the campaign team for key campaigns like MYS, PayDay, Ramadan, etc.;
Work with cross function teams to co-create campaigns and push forward for execution to drive potential product sales;
Work closely with the Product Assortment team and support Creators (Celebrities; Top Creators; MCN; Community) to suggest product assortment for the planned campaign and IP.
