Liaise with all related stakeholders from facilities, subsea, SCM, logistics & other relevant parties to ensure smooth preparation & execution of the well P&A programs.
Develop the well P&A contract services scope & technical specs. Conduct the tendering process and manage the contract implementation.
Liaise with SKK Migas, other government officials & JVs to ensure that all well P&A programs are communicated and approved.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:
Minimum 15 years of experience in the Oil & Gas industry, minimum 10 years as project Drilling engineer. Previous leadership role is an advantage.
Minimum 8 years offshore experience, deepwater subsea experience is preferred.
Bachelor-degree in Engineering or Science.
Excellent communication in English both verbal & writing.
