Responsible for carrying out administrative tasks at the terminal related to reports required by the relevant department so that the report administration process can be available on time and accurately
Performs secretarial tasks, such as to manage incoming and outcoming documents as well as maintaining a good record of documents, arrangement meetings and business trips in related Division.
Requirements
Minimum D-III, preferably majoring in Secretary or Administration
Minimum 1 years of experience in the same or related position in similar industries
Fresh graduate are welcome to apply
