Have min. 3-5 years of working experiences, preferable has experience in Mining Industry (1-12)
Have POP certificate is a preferable (1-12)
Have knowledge of recruitment procedures and processes, know the use of psychological testing instrument (4)
Have knowledge of people development, job analysis, performance appraisal (4)
Have driving license (SIM A)
Expert in Ms. Office (Excel, Word and Powerpoint)
Fluent in both spoken and written English is preferable
Location based: South Kalimantan
