Must possess at least Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Political Science; Social Sciences; Humanities, with intensive and depth experience in mass communication and/or public affairs, community development/CSR
At least 5 years working experience in related fields, with a minimum of 3 years work in mass media/community development projects, communication agency, public affairs, and/or other related fields
Having depth networking with prominent media both at the national and local level, local government, as well as local community and community-based organization
Having good knowledge about CSR project management, sustainability reporting, annual reporting, and external communication materials (holding statement, presentation, press release, etc)
Having experience to manage company-internal events and publication
Experience managing crisis and media management including social media
Having good knowledge of the power generation industry
The ability to communicate effectively in English (written and spoken)
Has a mature personality and is able to work with a minimum supervision
