Have min 3-5 years experience as an Industrial Relations, having been in the Service Industry is a plus
Understand labor law and regulations
Develop employee relations to create a conductive work environment
Ensure company compliance towards labor related regulations employee
Strong knowledge in Employment Legislation (Labor Law), HR Policies & Procedures
Experience in dealing with and anticipating industrial relations disputes is a plus
Willing to be assigned to site
Accustomed to negotiation and problem solvin
Have good interpersonal communication skills
