- Senior Hydrogeologist
Purpose of the Role:
Responsible for water management to supply drilling program, lead the pumping test program proactively as per safety standards and regulations, involved in water discharge or injection planning for pumping test program.
Accountabilities:
Develop and lead the pumping test program detail plan as per STM’s safety standards and regulations.
Coordinate with Drilling Supervisor, Hydro Well Drilling Coordinator, and another team during the execution of the Pumping Test program.
Ensure the water management supply of the Hydro Well drilling program and involvement in water discharge or injection from the hydro pumping test program.
Provide Technical Engineering advice on any issue related to the Pumping test program and assessment.
Conduct risk assessment as per required for the Major activities.
Ensure all the readiness of equipment prior to the commencement of the pumping test program.

Follow up on any pending action items related to pumping test preparation and execution to be able to meet the agreed timeline.
Responsible for monitoring the water supply to the Hydro Well Drilling program as per requirement.
Develop end of good report of the pumping test result.
On a daily basis, develop and maintain progress reports as per requested by Drilling Manager.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Geologist or any relevant field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in hydrogeology and hydrological studies and assessment.
Field studies including monitor well set, well construction, and aquifer testing.
Analysis of hydrogeologic data to model and determine aquifer geometry and characteristics.
Ground and surface water sampling programs.
Data management.
Hard skills required ArcGIS (correlated); Leapfrog (correlated); Excel; Aquifertest (correlated); RBCA; Surfer.
Soft skills required: Team player, Enthusiastic, Motivated, Focused.Good communication and understanding both in Bahasa and English.
- Junior Hydrogeologist
Purpose of the Role:
Proactively support senior Hydrogeologist to ensure the water management for drilling program, pumping test program and water discharge or injection plan are being implemented as per safety standard and regulation.

- Hydro Well Drilling Coordinator
Purpose of the Role:
Responsible as field coordinator to ensure the well pad preparation, Rig mobilization, Setup equipment, Drilling execution up to completion hole and Hydro pumping test are undertaken in safely manner, orderly fashion, meets the objective, timeline, and budget.
Accountabilities:
Ensure all activities related to Drilling Program as per STM’s safety standard and regulations.
Main person for field coordination with other internal team (Operation/Infrastructure, Community Relation, Sustainability, HSR (Health Safety and Risk) and external (Drilling Contractors/Subcontractors).
Develop and maintain Daily progress report of Preparation/ mobilization/ Drilling phase to the Drilling Manager.
Interface with the Operation/Hydrogeology team to ensure the readiness of water supply, road access and drilling pad layout as per Drilling Program.
Together with the Drilling Supervisor, assist the Drilling rig mobilization, set up equipment and personnel onboarding as per STM’s procedure.
Lead and review the Journey Management Plan (JMP) with other related internal team from contractor prior mobilization to site.
Review the logistic routes, obstacles, and suitability in transporting the equipment to the drilling site.
Monitor drilling rig mobilization/demobilization.
Support the Drilling Supervisor, for any non-technical issue (logistic, material requirement or any local services) during the entire drilling phase.
Perform other activities as per instructed by Drilling Manager.
Requirements:
Minimum held bachelor’s degree in engineering/Geology from reputable University.
Experience in handle the Drilling Rig Operation in Mining or Geothermal with minimum experience of 10 years.
Minimum Field Experience of 5 years on Drilling activity.
Familiar on Drilling Rig equipment, setup, and requirement.
Able to speak in English and Bahasa (to interface with the Expat Drilling Supervisors and to the Internal Team).
Have a leadership skill to lead the meeting and manage all Drilling Contractors.
- Warehouse & Logistic Analyst
Purpose of the Role:
Managing offsite and onsite Logistics for effectively planning, safely executing, timely managing, administering, and monitoring air & land logistics operations to support another department.
Includes management Expediting, Inbound Logistics, Outbound Logistics, vessel’s berthing, loading, and unloading operations, Project Shipment, and ensuring activities compliance complies with all standards.

Accountabilities:
INBOUND
Expedite and monitor cargo from around the world and their movements to the warehouse
Follow up and update vendor promise delivery of any equipment and goods purchased from various countries or cities to warehouse.
Managing freight forwarding vendor for effective delivery, lead time delivery to meet company requirement.
Check freight invoices from freight forwarder is as per contract agreement, both in rate and cost component is used.
Receive and store materials/equipment in an effective, efficient, timely manner and secured condition utilizing the most appropriate material handling and storage method/equipment.
OUTBOUND
Coordinate, execute, and monitor all logistics activities on Site.
Cargo planning and Truck utilization for Logistics material.
Cargo (material/equipment) loading, unloading & movements and site logistics formalities, cargo load-outs movements & manifest, managing load-out lists & movements.
Cargo Monitoring for Utilization logistics activities to support the delivery of drilling, camp supply & construction.
Coordinate preparation of manifest and check the conformance and correctness of manifest documents from other departments or contractors to avoid any dispute on cargo settlement at shipment point and destination.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management/Business Administration or any related area.
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Mining/oil & gas industry; in coordinating and managing a logistics.
Strong presentation skills, able to explain concepts concisely and accurately.
Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal, fast adapt with remote site exposure.
Able to develop strong, cooperative relationships with each function and other department heads.
Creative thinking skills and ability to solve problems.
