  1. Business Ethics & Compliance Officer

 

Purpose of the Role:

 

Responsible for the implementation, effectiveness, review and monitoring ot PT Vale’s Ethics and Compliance Program in order to ensure the establishment and implementation of Program’s guideline.

 

Accountabilities:

 


Maintain a global and strategic view of the risk of corruption throughout PT Vale, including leading and guiding the activities of other Compliance executives and professionals of the Vale group and other PT Vale’s shareholders in order to achieve anti-corruption practice in PT Vale.

Responsible for coordinating other Ethics & Compliance professional(s) working in PT Vale.

Monitor strategic themes and subjects of anti-corruption legislation, validating trends and risks for the PT Vale ‘s business in order to protect the company which has high perception of corruption.

Promote a culture of ethics and compliance throughout PT Vale that permeates all levels of the organization in order to establish this culture.

Responsible for the creation and updating of normative documents related to the Program, including policies, standards, procedures and guidelines, that are aligned with internationally recognized best practices and standards, and where applicable with guidance from PT Vale shareholders to establish clear guideline in PT Vale for the implementation.

Adjust PT Vale’s routines in coordination with the following areas: internal controls, procurement, finance, HR, risk, corporate security, accounting, legal and audit, so that they are compatible with the guidelines established in the Program.

Implement and monitor the Program, including but not limited to, assessments of socioenvironmental investments and gifts/meals/entertainment, monitoring of conflicts of interest of employees and candidates at PT Vale, integrity verification of top management, requests for site visits to PT Vale by government officials and other regulators, to ensure the effectiveness of the Program in PT Vale, subsidiaries, related companies and third-party participations.

Feed and monitor the preparation and updating of relevant corporate reports on the topic of Ethics and Compliance.


Conduct investigations related to corruption allegations, received through the Whistleblower Channel or other reporting channels.

Maintain a good relationship with PT Vale’s various stakeholders to ensure objectivity and independence.

Requirements:

 

Minimum Bachelor Degree (S1), prefer degree in Law

  1. Manager Talent Management, HR Project & Recruitment

 

Purpose of the Role:

 


Manage Talent Management as well as Competency Certification Board to perform their respective accountabilities in order to ensure the effectiveness of organization, deliver the strategy of Human Resources for Indonesia Growth Project for Sorowako plant expansion, Bahodopi, Pomalaa and other growth projects including manage the non technical matters for the two new joint venture companies, and manage the strategy of Recruitment to achieve company target in timely manner based on company values

 

Accountabilities:

 

Manage and monitor the development needs and programs including structured training, coaching, mentoring, on-the job experience as well as other capabilities development programs are wellexecuted for leadership and all employees complying with the concept of 70:20:10 aligned with company goals.

Lead Professional Certification Board (PCD) of which the main accountabilities are to develop competency schemes and conduct the assessment process for Non-Staff employees to ensure they are competent to perform their role accountabilities.

Lead the coordination with area Technical Training to ensure the effectiveness of all technical training programs conducted by the areas.

Plan and direct Human Resources Development program for Indonesia Growth Project (IGP) for Sorowako plant expansion, Bahodopi, Pomalaa and other growth projects, including the annual plan for Manpower Planning, Career Path and Succession Planning, Competency Based Recruitment and Selection, General Administration, Training & Development to achieve effective manpower productivity.

Prepare the Front-End Loading (FEL) studies for the Growth Projects on HR and administration matters to ensure all HR business processes are well established.


Develop and coordinate on Company Policy regarding HR matters of both Join Venture Companies (JVCo) Pomala and Bahodopi in order to attract, motivate and retain the employees for the Growth Projects.

Prepare and develop the budget for company’s workforce plan and recruitment strategy and process to ensure that the organization attracts and recruits competent employees to fulfill the workforce plan.

Direct and lead control Recruitment team to ensure the implementation of all recruitment processes for staff level up and non-staff level in order to have sufficient number of staff and workers in PTVI, Growth Projects and Join Venture companies (JVCo).

Collaborate with HR Vale Global/Base Metal to ensure alignment of programs between PTVI, Growth Projects and Vale Global/Base Metal.

Propose continuous improvement (kaizen) related to HR activities across PTVI to keep abreast and continuous update of HR practices in PTVI and Growth Projects.
