Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent and recruit qualified harvesters from several source areas
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from job posting to offer acceptance
Advise and support hiring managers on staffing needs and best practices
Oversee personnel administration and employee records
Ensure recruitment activities comply to government regulations and company policies
Requirements :
Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field
Minimum 3 years experiences as Personnel & Recruitment Manager in reputable Plantation Company. Experiences as a Senior Assistant Manager will be considered
Proven experience in recruitment and personnel management both staff and harvester. Has strong connection/channel to harvester agents at several source areas
