Job Description:
Prepare and support data for monthly Financial Statement Report.
Prepare monthly Financial Statements.
Prepare for financial statement variance analysis.
Support data for financial report.
Job Qualifications:
Minimum Bachelor Degree in Accounting/Economics Major.
Minimum 3 years of working experience in related position.
Computer Literate (Ms. Office)
Great communication skills.

- Finance Staff – BSD
Job Descriptions:
Recap and report weekly and monthly reports
Manage relations and partnerships with the bank
Finance Admin: verification, billings, record, etc
Support day-to-day operation activity
Job Qualifications:
Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Finance major
Minimum 1 year of work experience in Finance
Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to work accurately

Job Descriptions:
Prepare monthly Consolidated Financial Statements (Statement of Financial Position, Income Statement, and Cash Flow).
Analyze the Consolidated Financial Statements.
Prepare audit data.
Coordinate with subsidiaries in relation to financial reporting.
Job Qualifications:
Minimum Bachelor Degree in Accounting/Economics Major.
Minimum 3 years of experience in a related field.
Experienced in using SAP system.
Understand accounting principles and able to create Consolidated Financial Statements.
Computer Literate (Ms. Office).

- Lease Admin Staff – BSD
Job Description:
Performing administrative functions concerned with lease, sales, tenant documents, promotion.
Create agreement leasing at lease unit, and distribute lease documents.
Preparing monthly reports to Lease Coordinator.
Performing quality review, tracking & reporting overall progress.
Qualifications:
Minimum bachelor’s degree from any major.
Minimum 2 years of working experience in similar position or role.
Able to works with MS Office, SAP, and/or similar software necessary for Reporting purposes.
Able to work as a team in a dynamic work environment.

- HC BU Services – BSD COMMERCIAL
Job Description:
Implementation and supervision of HC operational activities in project.
Medical claim and monitoring employee attendance process, and reporting costs and activities to corporate.
Administrative process of project employee training and training activities report to Corporate Learning & Development.
Employee recruitment process, which consists of sourcing, interview, assessment, and onboarding process.
Carry out new hire administration process.
Job Qualifications:
Minimum Bachelor Degree in HR Management/Psychology/Management.
Minimum 1 year of working experience as HR Business Partner/Generalist/General Affairs, preferably from Property Developer Company.
Experienced in using SAP system is a plus.
Strong knowledge in Ms. Office.
Excellent communication and event planning skills.
