Min. Bachelor Degree in Communication or related field
Min. 2-3 year of relevant work experience developing social media content for a company/brand or working experience at digital or advertising agencies
Highly skilled in online / social media communications
Experience in managing team is preferred
Drive, competence, flexibility and a willingness to learn
Able to work in a fast-paced environment
Able to work with people at all levels within/outside the corporation
Digital savvy with a passion for the digital landscape and knowledge of how platforms work, with experience in social listening and data analytics
Agile and able to adapt quickly. Can operate in a high-growth business where change is constant, and flexibility is key to ensure success for the greater team
Ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects at the same time while working under tight deadlines with limited resources
