Continuously evaluate and improve training design, materials, methodology and delivery
Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs
Conduct the whole recruitment process ( Job posting, screening, psychology and interview)
Requirements:
Candidates must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management or equivalent
Minimum 3 years experience as recruitment & training development supervisor
Able to use psychology tools
Has experince in implementation : TNA, Training evaluation, competency
Fluent in English both oral & written ( is a must )
