Play a lead strategy role, overseeing the creation of content, e-learning, collateral, and other training materials
Create planning of training curriculum, based on each department training and competency needs
Highly collaborative role where builds solid cross-functional relationship with the head of department and management across the business
Conducts plan and ongoing strategic assessment of business-wide Learning program and initiatives
Maintaining knowledge in the department, keeping it up to date with the latest training practices, trend, and technology for bicycle manufacturing and retail sport business
Requirements
Bachelor degree in all major from reputable university
Minimum 1- 3 years’ experience in learning and development
Minimum 1 year experience in coordinator or leader in learning development
