- Civil Coordinator
Job Descriptions:
Create design concepts for building renovations (existing, commercial and residential buildings).
Create detailed drawings of related designs.
Create RAB and BQ from related designs.
Carry out periodic supervision of the implementation of construction.
Assist the marketing team in preparing layout images and 3D illustrations.
Job Qualifications:
Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture major.
Minimum 2 years of working experience in consulting/developer field.
Computer literate (Ms. Office).
Ability in 2D and 3D software (AutoCAD, Sketchup), rendering software (Vray/Lumion, visual software (Photoshop/Illustrator).

- Tenant Relation Staff
Job Descriptions:
Receive, identify and follow up on tenant complaints by becoming a mediator with management in solving problems in accordance with applicable regulations.
Conduct regular tenant visits according to predetermined targets.
Update the latest changes in tenant data (owners and/or tenants) in the field.
Convey and socialize all official information (rules, events, etc.) to tenants.
Prepare reports on administrative complaints and settlement of tenants / customers.
Manage tenant operations (handover of units, permits for goods to enter and leave, renovation permits, deposit returns, etc.).
Job Qualifications:
Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in any major.

Create planning for cleaning, pest control, garden maintenance and building sanitation.
Inspect all areas within the building and its surroundings to ensure standards.
Control the availability of manpower, equipment, materials for cleaning operations and supervise their use according to established standard procedures.

Place and arrange items in the warehouse based on group, nature, type in an orderly manner to facilitate the search for goods and maintain their quality.
Carry out manual physical counts of items on a regular basis (stock taking) to anticipate risks of loss, theft, fire and obsolescence due to negligence.
